Tuna-Salad Wraps
Updated: Jun 13, 2020
This tuna salad wrap is quick, easy, high in protein, low carb and most importantly busting at the seams with flavor! You can also make into a sandwich if you would prefer.
You will need:
1 12 ounce Can of Tuna in water
2 tablespoons of Mustard
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
1 Pickle spear diced
2 tablespoons of red onion diced
1 tablespoon of Banana Peppers diced
Romain Leaf for Lettuce Wrap
Freshly Diced Tomato
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 Cup of feta cheese
In a medium sized bowl mix together the can of tuna, mustard, sriracha, diced pickle spear, diced red onion, & diced banana peppers.
Rinse your lettuce leafs & pat dry.
Slice the tomato into desired amount, just be sure to slice thin so it will roll up easily.
Place the thinly sliced tomato on the lettuce leaf near the top, length wise.
Portion the tuna salad along the top of the leaf, length wise, top with feta to your preference, fold in the sides and roll.
Cut in Half and serve with any side you desire. I like to have this with sliced peppers!
If you are making the sandwich I recommend toasting your bread and adding a sriracha-mayo sauce to the sides of the bread. Also, when I make this as a sandwich I use mixed greens and thick slices of tomato!
Enjoy!!
